There is a rumours on the media that singer iyanya is having clash with the with the label CEO {triple mg} ubi Franklin

Iyanya ever since Ubi Franklin got married to top Nollywood actress Lilian Esoro, things got worse between the two friends. Iyanya was said to not be in support of the union because he did not like the idea of the his padi marrying Lilian Esoro. Iyanya who was not in support of the marriage believes that, the union is affecting the business. It was also disclosed that, Iyanya’s announcement is the culmination of a long period of incessant fighting and clash of decisions. Ubi and Iyanya have been at loggerheads over finances and a lot of other key decisions on the running of the label. In 2015, the label had to let go two artistes, Emma Nyra and Baci, which according to sources, did not go down well with Iyanya. Baci, most especially had a special bond with Iyanya, a friendship that had been honed over several years. Financial mismanagement issues also formed a huge part of this disagreement, as Iyanya and Ubi have long not seen eye to eye over the remittance of booking and appearance fees.

Lilian Esoro and Ubi Franklin For effective communication, the active management of the record label has been shifted to Paul, a staff of the record label, who now handles day-to-day management of the record label, and also is directly involved with booking fees and performances. Despite all odds, Iyanya is currently returning to his R&B roots. He is planning a collaborative R&B album with EME singer, Banky W. He has released two singles, Type of woman and Heart Beat from the project, as he is trying to relaunch himself in the music industry. We hope things do not go so bad between them!
